At 3:40 last night I woke up to my house alarm going off due to the electric tripping.
After trying multiple numbers off google having no luck due to the time, I finally came across Pauls number.
I was very tired and upset at the time because I thought that everything in the freezer was about to get ruined right before Christmas.
Paul was the best person I could have hoped for.. he heard how worked up I was and took the time to calm me down.
After I sent images over text, he guided me through the reset process quickly and professionally.
Paul also has gone out of his way to double check on me and making sure everything is still working.
Couldn’t recommend anyone else.
