Paul is so helpful and generous with his time and knowledge. He had a whole conversation with my tenant and I on WhatsApp to figure out the issue ahead of a visit to, in his words " see if we can save a callout charge". Based on his recommendations, we've got some other options to try before needing his services. He clearly just wants to help and takes pride in his service rather than trying to squeeze as much money out of people as possible. A rare find!
