After removing some fitted wardrobes and attempting to relocate a couple of double wall sockets, the power in the house to all the sockets failed. After initial attempts to solve the problem on my own failed, I called V & A during a frantic search for a 24/7 electrician.
Paul was nice, knowledgeable and tried to solve the problem without the callout but when this was not to be the case, he came out within an hour and identified the issue in the first ten minutes. Within another 20 minutes, he had fixed the issue and I am all the happier for it. Could not recommend more, amazing service.
In addition I have a 16 month daughter who was sleeping at the time and Paul kept as quiet as possible so as not to wake her. Again fantastic service!
