Contacted Paul on Sunday afternoon as my elderly neighbour had lost power to kitchen and boiler. Paul answered my call right away and sent me a link in order to send photos of consumer unit and appliances. Within minutes he rung me back and had identified problem he talked me through shutting down power in a specific way including appliances and returning power and everything came back on. I cannot praise Paul highly enough a true Professional and a true gentleman. Thank You
